Fierce Grace Yoga Retreat with Michele Pernetta

This isn´t your average yoga retreat. This is a drop down ten layers to total relaxation, re-discover who you are, and build back up to the true you, relaxed, powerful and vibrant.

You will power up with the more intentional classes to bring detoxification, empowerment, strengh and stamina. You will power down in the more restorative classess to go inwards, reconnect, relax and stretch.

Immerse yourself in the silence of nature in the sub-tropical gardens and surrounding hills. It is the perfect setting of yoga and meditation. A salt water swimming pool, beautiful rooms and a Yoga Wall for weightless traction.

You will enjoy a wide array of the acclaimed Fierce Grace classes, to move you from power to total relaxation. Yoga Nidra, an optional gong bath, a crystal bowl vibration reset, breat.work and more.

Take your yoga to the next level with Michele´s acclaimed alignment workshop where you will deepen your understanding and gain personal tips and adjustments. All levels welcome, from total novice to advanced. You will gain tips and insights and receive modifications for your body type or any issues you may have.

Enjoy delicious Spanish food work, massages and treatments, and as usual our relaxed no judgement vibe attracts people of all ages and abilities.
